Cancellations & Changes

We understand that plans can change — and we truly care about each of our customers having the best possible experience with us. We’ll always do our best to help where we can.

That said, it's important for us to make very clear that hire fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once paid.

If something comes up, please get in touch as early as possible. Depending on availability, we may be able to offer a change of date, switch to another dress, or provide a limited-time hire credit. While these options aren't guaranteed, we’ll always try to help where we can.

Sickness/Covid Postponements

If your event is cancelled or postponed due to illness or COVID, we still cannot offer a refund — however we’re more than happy to move your hire to a new date (subject to availability), or offer a limited time hire credit in applicable cases. Each situation is assessed individually.

Unforeseen Circumstances / External Events

In the event of circumstances outside of our control — including but not limited to government restrictions, travel disruptions, fuel shortages, natural disasters, or other widespread events — we are unable to offer refunds.

Where possible, we will do our best to offer a date change or hire credit (subject to availability), however this is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
