Try-On Appointments
Glamourhouse Dress Hire is open for try-ons by appointment, Monday to Thursday afternoons/evenings.
Appointments can fill quickly — particularly during busy formal and event seasons — so we recommend getting in touch early to secure a suitable time & avoid missing out!
* While I recover from an injury, we’re temporarily operating with a slightly reduced number of try-on appointments. Appointment availability and any applicable service fee will be confirmed when booking.
To book a 30-minute try-on, complete the contact form on our website or DM us via our Instagram page: @glamourhousedresshire.
Before your appointment, we recommend having a look through our collection (on our website or Instagram page) and sending us screenshots of the dresses you’re most interested in trying. Most customers try approximately 3–5 dresses during their appointment, so choosing your favourites beforehand helps us make the most of your time together.
Initial Try-On Appointments (30 mins)
Initial try-on appointments are 30 minutes.
Due to our temporarily reduced appointment availability, some appointments may attract a small service fee. Any applicable fee will always be confirmed with you before your appointment is booked.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 12–24 hours’ notice where possible so we can offer the appointment to another customer.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur a $30 rebooking fee.
Follow-Up Appointments (15 mins)
Follow-up appointments are available for customers who would like to visit us again after their initial try-on. This might include trying additional dresses, revisiting a favourite, bringing a parent or friend along to help make a decision, re-trying a dress you’ve already booked, or exploring a possible change to your existing booking.
Follow-up appointments are 15 minutes and attract a $20 service fee.
If you haven’t yet booked a dress with us and decide to make a booking during your follow-up appointment, the $20 will be deducted from the cost of your hire. Otherwise, the fee is non-refundable.
Follow-up appointments are subject to availability and may be limited during particularly busy periods.
Emergency & Out Of Hours Try-Ons (By Request)
Occasionally, we may be able to accommodate an emergency or last-minute try-on outside of our usual appointment hours.
These appointments are by request, subject to availability, and attract a $30 out-of-hours service fee.
